Horrible company really bad experience. I have moved several times before never experienced this. So I booked this company with the guy named ****** he told me he will be with me throughout my entire moving until my stuff gets delivered which was a big lie. He never answered my phone after he sent me to another company. He never answered my phone after he sent me to another company, which was ******* mover,s Now suddenly Im dealing with another company on top of that. I told him I have a storage unit of 10 x 25 and its 90% full. He purposely took the information 10 x ********************************************************************************* he cannot fit all this in his truck. He has to charge me $4000 more. My move supposed to cost me $6900. It end up costing me $11,000. ******************* told me whatever the date, I tell him thats the date they can deliver my stuff , maybe not that exact day then one day here or there but that was a lie. I ask him. Are you guys a broker or a moving company? He told me I will be with you throughout the movie we are moving company. ********************* told me that its the interstate moving so if we pick up your stuff on Friday, we still have 21 days to get your stuff delivered to you that was ridiculous , which was never disclosed by Eagle, moving company to me. When I talk to the manager from Eagle, moving company he told me sorry you dont have any *********** that $2500 that you paid us youre gonna lose that because were not giving you that money back so youre pretty much ****** up so its better that you go with us but I do have to add $4000 on top. They dont give a s*** about you and they have done similar thing with lot more people. They dont care what happened to you. they purposely write down wrong information so they can overcharge you and s**** you over. I moved three times before never experienced this all those companies were amazing. They need to be dragged in the court and shut down. Horrible horrible

Horrible moving company. When 2 men came to pick up my furniture, they were very rude. I was told that I had to pay 3X as much as my original quote. Also, they were with MoverVan Lines and they came with an Enterprise truck.I ended up leaving alot of my furniture. My things were taken to ********* and put in storage where they sat for over 3 weeks. Finally I was told my things had shipped out. It took 10 days to get to me. During tah time, everything was transferred to a UHaul truck by a different company. Those people were given the wrong paperwork and ended up at the wrong place.when I finally received my things, it was a horrible mess. My boxes an totes were open, bent , and broken. My things were scattered over the back of the truck. I was horrified. This company needs to be out of business.

Took our deposit and refused to refund after cancellation of service. Said echeck could not be refunded to bank account and never mailed refund to provided address. We cancelled within the required cancellation period and received emails saying they would refund the deposit.
