2 weeks ago started experiencing rough idle in my vehicle. I then called Victor at El Tigre, right away he started saying my fuel pump was bad and needed to be replaced. however my vehicle was not issuing any codes for fuel pump failing. Victor again called me and said the same thing. my vehicle was only showing a code for my speedo sensor. which I knew about. I then agreed to have the fuel pump replaced. after buying a new pump and Victor charging 250$ for labor the fuel pump went out that next Saturday morning, I called Victor immediately. he says what do you want me todo? If he would have bought the part he would have given it 3 months, then says I'm not the first person this has happened to, and what do I want him todo, I said put back in my original fuel since nothing was wrong with it. Monday afternoon I call he then says o ya, you need a new connector so i can fix the truck because it had a bunch of tape all over it. I asked how come he didn't say that the first time he said his guy didn't tell him it was messed up. I told him I was not going to take his word on that and to fix my truck and call when its done. now he will not return my calls and is very rude over the phone. I feel like I was taken advantage of. And that he was looking for a quick payday. used this place multiple times before now. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN!! After some additional home work I found out Victors son is the one that has all the certifications and schooling behind him. not his father Victor who is running the shop. I feel hurt and very disappointed, that you can't trust a person on they're word any more. Can you folks help me get some if not all my money back? now I will have to take my vehicle somewhere else. thanks for your time.
