This business uses predatory rates from 200-800%. I made a settlement agreement to pay the principal of 660 after much haggling. After some research, these rates are illegal and predatory in the state of WA and would like a refund.

I borrowed money from this company back in July because I was in bind. I always paid them on time and email if I had problem. I’m review my account and seeing that my account is in special handling for what I don’t know p. They are saying I had a return payment when I didn’t. I really want this company to stop taking money if they can’t be honest with their shady practices. Never got an email for why they have my account in special handlly.

On 7/20/22, I borrowed 450.00 dollars from Arrowhead . I read the terms and how high the internet was but I still accepted the to agreement. On 8/1/22 they took $199.86 from bank. That’s fine, however I did call arrowhead that same day 8/1/22 to arrange to fully pay the rest of loan off .. which at that time would be 362.97 and the money was to come out of my bank on 8/3/22.. I have the confirmation/receipt # 472050. And they apparently never took the money from my bank on 8/3/22. Believe me I had way more than amount that was owed to them as well. So I waited about 14 days because I thought well maybe it’s just taking a while for it to post to my bank.. and then I called arrowhead.. I ended speaking with a female -didn’t catch her name but she had to transfer me to a supervisor-named Luis-who was so very rude and lacks highly with customer service..However he told basically I am screwed and there is no way I could pay off the loan amount at 362.97, because now if I wanted to pay it off on full it’s at 427.67. So as I asked him why didn’t you take the 362.97 on 8/3/22 as agreed .. he could not answer my question.. And then just keep yelling at me so I ended the call.. I think that’s very unfair. It is not my fault they didn’t take the money as stated on agreement. I have agreement and can provide it if needed also Money was in bank.. They just need to have that interest money that’s how there trifling company makes it

I called in after being told my loan payment was returned. And I’ve told them that’s impossible I have direct payment set up as soon as I get paid the payment is supposed to be made. I’ve called and multiple times customer service will not help you. They will literally reiterate that the funds was returned and they never seen it on my account happening before when I have 4 emails from other payment days telling me to call in to settle the amount which will run you 30 extra dollars. I feel they do it purposely to keep you in debt and won’t help you to have a better experience. Regardless of this outcome I’m gonna pay them in full next payment and be done with them the bi-weekly payment is helpful but they literally got a additional $120 by lying saying the payment was returned. If my payment was returned and wasn’t payed how did I become a gold member on your website.? I wish and hope I can show this message to anyone in need to stay far away from arrowhead advance .
