I was using the *********** website to complete an offer for $5 when you spend $25 General Mills cereal. (The offer expires in mid-August so is still active.) I had $15.34 in spending completed. In late July, with no notice, the website was crippled so that it could no longer handle digital offers, only paper coupons. I was not notified. At about the same time, the *********** Android app was removed from the Google Play store, and the new Shopmium app, which as I understand is supposed to replace it, works only on Apple hardware (iPad or iPhone). I replied to a previous customer service email from *********** dated July 20 which stated "If your issue is not resolved or you have additional questions, we’re still here to help you. Please feel free to reply to this email within 15 days and we will assist you accordingly." and attached two new receipts getting me over the $25 spending requirement. I received an automated email only saying "You have replied to a support ticket that has previously been closed. If you’re still experiencing the same issue or experiencing any new issues, please contact support here." and giving a link to ******************************** which has absolutely no useful contact information (only feedback). Between crippling their website without notice, and shutting down their Android app at about the same time and replacing it with one that only runs on Apple hardware, they seem quite determined to cut off existing customers. I'd like to receive a $5 payment to my PayPal account (the usual payment method) as would have happened if I had been able to contact them in any way other than a BBB complaint. This complaint was not my first choice. Additional receipts completing the $25 in spending attached to this complaint ($5.97 in the first, and $3.97 in the second, for a total of $25.28). The UPC code for all General Mills items in both receipts is ************.

Coupons.com is a rebate app which offers cash back for purchases certain items from stores. I recently bought some facial serum from Walgreens and was due a $4 credit which was to be deposited immediately into my PayPal account. Coupons refuses to give me the $4 they advertised citing that my account had been deactivated due to violation of terms. I’ve asked numerous times for an explanation of how I violated terms and they refuse to give me a reason other than “our team has looked in to it.” I have been using that app for several years and I know I did not violate terms. I highly suspect it’s because the app is shutting down and they are trying to get away with not upholding the offers that they have advertised. I know they have deactivated an enormous amount of accounts lately stating that “everyone” is “violating” terms. All I want is my $4 that they advertised for buying the product.

HI. I received your message that there was 'suspious' behavior on my account (****************). It would seem you cancelled my mother's account (************************), as well. If you had just asked me instead of assuming, I could have told you I help my elderly mother with her account. Can I not help her with her account because she is not good at nor does she trust computers? Honestly, I do not understand why companies and our own government are actling like dictatorships who hate their members/citizens. I nor my mother have done anything wrong. It is sad you couldn't just ask for our side of things instead of accusing us of being criminals. I feel like going to a consumer news team I am so angry. Here is our information. Check it all out for yourselves -- especially, before accusing people of something that isn't true. Call her and me. Can you do that before you decide based on nothing, but your opinions of the situation? ****** **** **** ***** ** Maiden, North Carolina 28650 ###-###-#### **************** ***** ******* **** ***** **  Maiden, North Carolina 28650 ###-###-#### ************************

This company is stating I should not receive my refund because I was engaging in “fraudulent activity” but they will not give specific examples. Using this company you can not use coupons and get a refund, that would be considered Fraudulent. I have never done this, I have 1 year worth of receipts showing I have not committed “fraudulent activity” they owe me $33.09 from refunded coupons.

This business deals with reimbursement for products purchased. I had no issues until I wrote in asking for help on a text message submission. When I finally heard back from them after 3 days, they had decided to deactivate my account and withhold $15 of reimbursement. When I write them to seek information and to convey that a mistake has been made, I am only getting pre-written responses of the fact that my account has bee deactivated for suspicious activity. I can not get a real person. This seems very unfair as I was submitting receipts with pre-scanned products that were approved prior to purchase only to have the company unjustly flag my account and keep the funds. I want my account reopened and my funds returned to me.

This company has committed consumer fraud against me. They had an offer to pay a $5 rebate to customers who purchased $25 worth of general Mills cereal. I did that, provided the required proof of purchases, and they (1) repeatedly asked for the same information I provided, (2) stalled, (3) insulted me personally, (4) did not pay my $5, (5) falsely accused me of doing something against their terms, and (6) closed my account with no further response to my repeated attempts to communicate.

*********** blocked me as a user. I received no communications, I had to Google the code I received to figure out that my account was blocked. I have 3 pending coupons transactions with them that total $12.50 that they won't be paying me because they blocked me without communication or reason. I did everything correctly. I see several other people with the same issue.

*********** promoted a $10.00 rebate for buying a Raid light kit and a $5.00 coupon for a refill. I purchase the kit and the refill and submitted both and received an email that both products were accepted. Now I find that my app has been deactivated with a code of ****** indicating that my account is now deactivated because i violated a policy. I did not violate any policy. The receipt was legitimate and was not submitted to any other coupon app. I am fed up with this behavior. This is the same thing that *********** has done in the past. They refuse to state the actual violation and refuse to respond to any messages sent. I want the rebates promoted. If not that is pure fraud and they should be sued under the law.
