At this point it seems as though this is my only choice. I have had issues with my hearing center AIDS since December of 2003. I have made contact with both locations that I visited, *********************** and vernal ****. My situation is very detailed no room for the many characters it would take to explain. I made my plea to ****** in vernal, ut in July no contact back from her (she knows the details) I also sent a comment about no response recently to one of the sites yet no response. How can I make contact with the corporate office or with someone that can make an informed decision on how to resolve my situation. I'm hoping that someone with this company will respond as I see many comments that did not receive a response!Review from robert g

this company had sold me a set of hearing aids in the $2500.00 range . i went back for adjustments and followed all instructions. they were still giving me trouble. the first audiologist said there was a defect in them and would send them back and get a new set sent out. when they sent the next set same issues then come to find out with the second audiologist that they were not a new set but a returned set from someone else.. she sent them back to get another new set .had the same issues with this set even after the programing changes. each time i git another set the trial period started over. i finally gave up and decided to just return them that they just weren't for me. when i went back to return them audiologist number 2 said her manager was willing to upgrade for me a set that was $1000.00 more at no extra cost. i thought for an upgrade it might be worth it.well there was no improvement. then i came to find out that it was no upgrade at all i returned that set but feel i was deceived about the upgrade and that this company should be reported plus they claim to be a bbb member in good. standing. My Hearing Centers Response

Were very sorry that we didnt provide the hearing care that ************ was hoping for. Our office tried multiple sets of entry level hearing aids with him but it appears we were unable to provide help to his satisfaction. We ultimately upgraded him to a higher level of technology at no charge. But, once again, it appears we were unable to provide satisfaction. We want happy patients and worked with ************ for a period of five months to try to help him. At the end of that period, we returned the hearing aids and refunded all of his money because we simply couldnt make him happy. We wish him the best in finding another solution.Review from David H

I was strung along until I passed the 30 day trial so I cannot return the hearing aids. I told him all along that they sounded too sharp. He would just say I'm expecting them to be perfect or that I was expecting to much from them. But he would continue to make adjustments. The last time I went in because they don't just don't work for every day conversations he said that he wouldn't make any more changes and that I passed the 30 day trial and that I sould just ware them. He seems to be more interested in making money than customer satisfaction. I talked to another audiologist and she said this brand does sound sharp. I have to turn the volume down because they are too loud on the high end which turns down everything. My wife says I got ripped off.My Hearing Centers Response

We're sorry ****************** is dissatisfied with his hearing aids. After his purchase in April of 2023, our office met with ****************** five times t through August of 2023 to adjust his hearing aids per his requests. In one of those appointments, we even included a telemedicine visit with a specialist audiologist from the hearing aid manufacturer as part of the adjustment. Our company has fit thousands of patients with the same model of hearing aids that ****************** was fit with, to great success. Unfortunately, hearing aids will never provide perfect hearing and sometimes will not meet a patient's full expectations. While ****************** is certainly long past the point of being able to return the hearing aids, we are confident that ********************** hearing aids are currently able to provide much better hearing capability for him than without and encourage him to continue to use them and to return to us for further possible adjustment in the future.Review from Jordan O

I have asked to be removed from their mail list for over a year, and they still continue to spam me via the ***** I have called the ********* office as well as the ***** office and assured that my name and address would be removed from their mailing service. They said it would take a few weeks. That was in December, 2022. I am still receiving their unwanted and never requested mail spam and it is now July, 2023.Review from Elaine B

My elderly parents they guaranteed they would not be charged. However, they charged ******** and ******************* for both Parents 86 and 96. However, after the hearing aids were not even satisfactory for both of them after several return visits. My mother called and I also called and let them know they would not be returning the hearing aids were not working, Asked if they needed to do anything? Did they need them back, They told my mother NO and Myself No. After couple several months my father wanted to verify the ************ wasn't charged. YES they were charged $8K each. We put an appeal in and they told the Insurance we didnt return them. WOW what a way to scam Customers and Insurance, They have to pay out of pocket somewhere else or wait 5 yrs for their insurance coverage. They chance of them even being alive is slim. WOW ******************** will be contacted, THIS IS SCAMMING the Insurance and elderly. F for sure on this company. My Hearing Centers Response

We're sorry that Ms. Bedford had an unsatisfactory experience. The hearing aids for her parents were purchased by them through a third party administrator affiliated with their insurance company. Our company did not bill or receive insurance funds. We were simply contracted by this third party to fit and care for Ms. Bedford's parents. Because the hearing aids were not purchased directly from us, we have no ability to authorize a refund for a special circumstance like this. However, we contacted the third party administrator about Ms. Bedford's complaint. It is our understanding that they have now reached an agreement for a partial refund and the ability for Ms. Bedford's parents to retain the hearing aids. We hope this is a satisfactory result.Review from Alan M

This patient purchased hearing aids thru a third-party who contracts us to do the fitting and a few additional office visits over the first year. We will contact the patient to insure he has the correct phone number and online contact information for My Hearing Centers. Our patient care coordinators are very conscientious about returning messages. If you use the third-party contact information, we have no control over that.Review from Wendy L

When my mom, 86, visited ****** she was told she could get new hearing aids with her insurance. When they were under two weeks old, she wore them and one fell apart. When she went to take them out in the evening, the hearing aid was missing and just the receiver was left hanging in her ear. She has had a stroke so the left side of her head is numb. After countless calls we were told that they, nor the manufacturers would do anything. When I talk to a manager and told her I would post the situation on social media, she threaten to do the same to our family business. She said she could FIND out our business name. On social media a random stranger kept bantering me and calling me a liar. I looked the person up on ******** and they were an employee of ****** hearing aids in a neighboring city. Not giving up I called the *** of the manufacturer and they said they would send a new one after hearing my story. Unfortunately they had to send it to ******. I was called and told I had to come with my mom to pick it up. When I told them it would be my sister, because she handled my moms appointments, they said it HAD to be me because I was my moms power of attorney. Without me they were REFUSING to give my mom the hearing aid. I called my attorney and he said this was false. In the meantime someone, from ******, called my mom to pick it up. My sister took her the day before they told me I had to be there, so their staff didnt realize their mistake. We own a business and we always stand behind our product and service. I thought this was a mom and ********* business, but it is not. Every aspect of my interaction with ****** was unprofessional and appalling!
