door-to-door scammers! Beware of their contract locking you into a service that will electronically transfer fund from your account every single month whether they come to your home to perform the service or not. They spend 5-10 minutes at my residence to exterminate bugs from a 2-acre property that has a house, a garage, a shed, and a pole barn. NOT possible to do.Review from Kevin W

They send a kid on a hoverboard around the neighborhood saying they have all these other people in your neighborhood signing or signed up. Which is a lie. They are shady on their contract. Service is subpar. They dust webs sometimes. Spray windows and get them gooped up with solvent. I have 2 services left on my contract @125$ each. Called to cancel and was charged 199$ for early termination fee.Review from Russell S

Had Aptive treat my property for 6 months. The first 2 treatment were good. After that, not so much. The last 2 treatments they only did the front of the house. Find another company. Use somebody local. Stay away from Aptive.Review from Catherine R

***** is a high pressure, non-disclosing, company that really are scammers. They sent a crew of young men into our neighborhood to sell their services. Unfortunately, my husband thought they sounded good and signed up, with the explanation that we would be charged $79 per month. There was no contract, no agreements exchanged. No paperwork explaining terms. They showed up one time and were here for about 15 minutes. Other times, they said we cancelled that days service which we did not. When trying to cancel, they said we owed them $399 but could cancel for $199. We have blocked payment to them, but they REFUSE to cancel services without paying the $199. That means, theyll keep sending people out here regardless. This is purely extortion. I would like to see them lose their business license. Please, ********************, help us resolve this without paying a penalty. Thanks.Review from Jonathan d

****! They tell you you they give you 3 treatments for $199 and toy can go forward or not. They visit you every 5 weeks and automatically charge your card $169. This wasn't including the $199. They lock you in for 18 months And if you cancel your plan you have to pay another $199.Review from Marcellino o

Ive been using aptive for the last year and so and honestly save your money! You only get good service when a good technician gets assigned to your house. The last 3 out of 4 appointments I had sucked! For $150 every appointment they should be giving me the ******* last service with them was today! After a technician came to my house complete the service and failed to replace any of my bug traps or clear all of the spiders and spider webs in my garage and on my fences. They even have old bug traps from not my last service but the last one before that one!I asked for a refund for my appointment today and to cancel my service and they said "Aptive doesn't let us give refunds". Absolutely HORRIBLE. This place is undoubtedly a SCAM. They lie about showing up for services and then bill you without doing a single thing. When you call customer service, they appear as though theyre helping but never follow through. We have attempted to have the inside and the outside of our home sprayed three times and this is a repetitive problem. We even paid to have our dogs and kids out of the house in order for the service to be done, only for nobody to show up and a bill to be charged . STAY AWAY.Review from Andrew K

THEY ARE NOT UP FRONT WITH THE INSANE COST PER SERVICE AND WILL TRY TO COLLECT $200 WHEN YOU WANT TO CANCEL. I HAVE NEVER HAD TO PAY A CANCELATION FEE FOR ANY HOME SERVICE IN MY LIFE. SCAMMERS!!! STAY AWAY!!! THE LAST SERVICE PERSON THAT TRIED TO COME TO MY HOUSE ADMITTED TO ME THE COMPANY IS A SCAM AND TO TRY AND GET OUT OF IT. DO NOT USE APTIVE PEST CONTROL. Our dogs had allergies and broke out after each of their applications. Tried to cancel due to their reaction to their product, just got charged $199 to cancel! Best Money Ever Spent!This is your warningReview from Cheryl P

Please don't ever accept them!!! I made the mistake when a young man came to the door with high pressure, told me of all the wonderful services they would do on the outside, wasp, ********************* a joke!!! The first couple of times they came out I could tell with the ************** but not the mosquitoes!!! Tried to cancel I have a lot of medical bill & told them this & they told me that since it was before my contract ended I would still have to pay $199.00!!!!!! They have been hitting my credit card every day since, but it's over the limit like I told them, I have put that CC on hold & will keep it there. I never got a contract so I don't know what it says!!! They are a BIG Rip Off!!!!!!!
