I created 2 appointments, one for myself and one for my mom for Nov 18, 2021. We arrived early for our appointments only to be told that they cancelled one of them. We asked to reschedule both of them for another time. The girl working that night, Gray, asked if I wanted to schedule the remaining credits I had and cancel my membership. I told her I couldn’t until I used all my credits because I didn’t want them to expire. She promised the credits would be extended and not expire. I then scheduled 6 services between the two of us to use up the remaining credits. The first appointment was set for Nov 28, 2021 and we had back to back appointments. I was sick and waiting on a COVID test so I called to ask if I could reschedule my appointments, but my mom could keep hers. The front desk said yes, and promised my credits would be extended again. Then they ended up canceling my moms appointment because they thought she might have been around me recently and been exposed to COVID. They also promised her the credits would be extended. The next appointment we had was set for Dec 16, 2021. We went in, had the appointment, and went to the front desk to pay. The front desk said “that’s the last of your credits” to which I said, no there should still be 8 left. They said the manager, April, would look into it and call me the following day 12/17 but she didn’t. I called her and she was very rude and said she would call me back before 5. She called me after 5 and again was rude, and said she had no proof that I was missing credits and her IT department could research it on Monday 12/20. I was out of town until 12/26 and when I returned I called again on 12/27. They said the manager wasn’t in, but she would be in on Wednesday 12/29. She didn’t call me until 12/30 and she claimed I hadn’t made a payment since August 2020. I told her that was a lie, I had bank statements to prove I’ve been making payments but she refused to listen. They owe me $472.
