We had a wonderful experience with Synergy Windows from start to finish! They are very pleasant to work with from the salesman, **, to the installers who were amazing! They worked hard and installed the windows without leaving any mess at all and were very respectful of our property. The windows are so beautiful! We love them! We realized right away that not only did the house stay warmer in the winter, but it is so much quieter with our new windows. We don't hear the street noise or neighbors any more! That is a bonus! As we go into summer, our home is much cooler without having the air conditioner run 24/7. We cannot say enough good things about the entire process. We highly recommend Synergy Windows if you are looking for new windows!

As I write this review, I'm sitting next to one of our new Synergy windows: it's a new look for our homequieter, cooler, clearerand a new view of the world. Not someone who relishes ****************** in a big way, I was skeptical of replacing thirteen large windows, and hesitant about the cost. But the fuss was brief: just two days, and the expense (compared with what I already see as a new lease on life for our old home) surprisingly modest. Before the switch, we mostly kept our blinds down because the old windows were so dreary (as well as alternately hot or cold). With the new windows we want to keep the blinds up, especially in the kitchen which feels almost as if it had been remodeleddramatically more open and inviting. The installers were competent and quick, and able to deal with the special challenges of an ************** house where almost nothing meets the modern spec. Working with Synergy has been a great experience. The installers were quick, efficient, and the windows look amazing. We've already seen an improvement within our home with our heating and outside noise lessened. I'd highly recommend using this company for all your window needs. We had a great experience with Synergy Windows! It was a smooth process from beginning to end. The installers were on time, quick and efficient. Everything was nicely cleaned up when they left. We enjoyed talking with them and best of all we love our windows!! They look great and I love looking out of them. We put in a picture window in our kitchen and the view is amazing! The windows are beautiful.The installers covered the work area so the room won't be dirty, and they cleaned up the area completely including the window ***** after the work was done. We received many quotes from window manufacturers and installers, Synergy was not the lest expensive and not close to the highest quote. I was impressed by the no pressure sales meeting and the recommendations that met our needs. We worked with ** through the presentations to the final payments. Plus both Bo and the installers gave us continually updates. We were told to plan on two days installations, but it only took six hours to complete, very happy. Plus the installers were very informative, personable and provided great training, suggestions, and tips. We love our new windows! My husband had to convince me because I didn't think the old ones were too bad, but what a difference it made! It's so quiet and I can already tell we will be saving a lot on heat and a.c. It's nice to get the rebate too. Bo, our salesman, was great! No pressure, just there to inform us and give us a very competitive bid. He was great to check back with us and keep us informed during the process. The installers were top notch! I couldn't believe how it looked like the new windows had always been there with no changes to our windowsills or openings. They cleaned everything as they went and did an excellent job. I'm happy to have the lifetime warranty, but don't think I'll ever have to use it because I can tell these windows are high quality. We got 24 triple pane windows and I love all the cool things about how they open and make it easy to clean and slide either way we need. I'm sure they will increase the value of our home someday when we decide to sell, but glad we get to enjoy them now. Every aspect of our Synergy Windows experience was 5 stars! From the salesman to the installers, everything went smoothly and timely. Our previous windows were 32 years old and obviously were very inefficient. We expected to see and hear improvements, but the results were unbelievable.
