Completely lied about services preformed when I took it in for the 10k service and messed up my bike. Never recommend their service department to anyone I know and hope the word spreads. Do not take your bike here or who knows what they will charge you for that was never completed.

I found a jacket online. It said it was sold out, but to call the local store for more supply. So i called the store explained i was looking for this jacket i found online for $200 but was sold out did they have it? She said let me check. **** came back and said yes i have it do you want me to hold it for you? I said yes i will get my kids ready, and i will be there please hold it for **** showed up there she said i have 3 available 1 in a large, and 2 in an x-large. I said i will take the large, and if it doesn't fit he can come back after charismas and exchange it for the x-large since i was not 100% of my brothers size. I said is it a good jacket, i'm buying it as a gift. I'm a nurse I don't ride motorcycles. She said this is such a popular jacket he is just going to love it. **** said its $200 online its such a great deal. I said i know that's why i called before i came over so i didn't drive all the way over for nothing. I said ok i will take it.I get my card out to pay. and she rings it up for full price. I said its $200 online. She said oh i can't sell it to you for that price. I said i called before coming over, and you were just telling me how great of a deal it was. She said yeah online, but i can't sell it to you for that price in the store we don't price match. Now i am sorry but this is awful customer service. **** told me not only over the phone but also in store when i got there how great of a deal it was. I wasted my time driving across town to be told i can't sell it to you even though i just raved about how good of a deal it was for $200.I thought it was not only unprofessional but disrespectful to waste my time, my gas, and getting my kids out for no reason when she had no intention of selling me the jacket for what we had talked about. Talk about disappointment.

Just bought a ********* ************* for $39,000. Got the bike home and went to put a drink holder on the rear for my wife. As I went to loosen the rear speaker pod, I found that the mounting hardware had been stripped out from the factory. The bike had 10 miles on it at this time. I took it back to the dealership where I was informed that because I installed an accessory, they would not warranty the part. If the company will not stand by their product, then they should not have a warranty. I am an ASE master technician and a motorcycle technician so I can repair the defective parts. I feel I shouldnt have to fix poor quality and what about other customers who cant fix their own bike. Wish I never bought this bike from them. Worst experience buying and now owning.
