I purchased a high end pool table from this company, and now two years later I still dont have resolution to install service and original configuration ordered. I ordered a ball return with my table and still have not received it. In addition my table was damaged during install, and repairs to make it right are still outstanding. I have talked with numerous sales reps, as well as emailed company president. No promises or response has been received.Business response

Thank you for reaching out to us *****. Your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to us and we appreciate the good email correspondence we have had with you recently. It was incredibly unfortunate that the ball return system did not ship with the pool table and that ******** sent the wrong stain color. It is also disappointing that one of the rails was damaged during installation, which we look forward to remedying. This pool table is a heritage quality pool table that will last generations, and we're going to get all the components in place to make it so. **** our ************* Manager, is working on this project and has appreciated your communication over the phone and looks forward to completing this project as soon as possible.Please don't hesitate to reach out to *** or **** again with further communication, and we look forward to scheduling your appointments for replacing your table components.
