I made an appointment on January 22, 2022 at De’ Rafael Salon to get Extensions put in my hair. I paid a total of $800 at the time of my appointment. I was told by the salon owner Rafeal that keratin extensions were supposed to last longer and it was better. I had previously before my appointment looked on YouTube on how it’s supposed to be put in there’s a special tool that was supposed to be used and it supposed to be put in in uniform rows. This did not happen. My hair immediately started falling out the day after. I made the Salon/Rafael aware of this a few days after because there was so much of my hair falling out. As of now about 90% of my hair is put back in with hair beads that I did myself! I had made them aware multiple times. I went in on my set appointment on march 30 . I had a baggie full of hair which I showed the man at the desk that had fallen out just the day prior. I wanted to see what Rafeal in the salon was going to do to make this better. Rafael wasn’t even there for my set appointment! I told The man behind the front desk that I wanted Rafeal to call me back immediately. I did not hear from him till 2 1/2 days later when he called and refused to do anything to make the situation better after we hung up I received many rude and nasty text from him till I finally put him on block. I do not feel comfortable whatsoever going back to the salon. I have included pictures of how many beads I had to use to put my hair back in. I’m very unhappy all I want now is some refund back from my original appointment since I’m going to a different salon to get my hair all done over again! They did not do it right the first time. So basically most of their work has fallen out and that should not be that way! I’m not a hairstylist, but I do know how a business should treat their customers and this was not it.This Salon should back up their work and they did not except for giving me threats and treating me rude!
