Received (2) Shipments of Pool Filters and when I went to change filters which was after 30 days I found the filters were all too long to fit filter housing. I contacted All Filters and explained these were wrong size filters but since 30 days had passed they refused to replace them.I offered to pay all freight charges and they could put wrong filters back into inventory and send me the correct size filters. They still ********** do not do business with All Filters as they will not accept responsibility for their mistakes or products.***** **** / Magnolia Tx

The reason we are unable to process your return now is that it has passed the return deadline as per our return policy. We did offer to accept the return with a restocking fee as a gesture of goodwill, but we understand that you declined that option.Review from Marc G
