Whew, I am honestly speechless!We hired them to help us on a kitchen remodel in 2019. The design process went pretty smoothly except for a fight that ***** and my wife got into. ***** helped us move somethings around and her insight and intuition was pretty good. We love what she designed and when they installed it, it looked awesome.After about a year, we wanted to do more work (phase 2), they put us off because of COVID and some of their concerns. I get it.We just spoke to them again recently and they do not want to "step in your house ever again." She told me some story about my wife not being there for the install and her leaving our kids with their installer. It is funny, because I was here when it was installed and that is not what happened at all. ***** is a tough cookie and some of our friends have had really bad experiences with her as well. I thought they did a nice job on our first project and I would love for them to finish us out, however, they build a personal vendeta with about everyone they work for, it is weird.I would just warn you, be careful here. They can do good work but it is a struggle and painful. ***************** or a customer orientation is not their operating procedure. They will do what they want to do. Not what you want.

Rob was amazing, but his wife Deawn was really difficult to work with. After initial deposit was placed, she got scared and wanted to cancel the order after production of custom cabinets were started, but Rob stepped in and smoothed everything over and told us to proceed. The cabinets were installed on time and we did a really good job. However, at the time of install, Deawn tried to get my installers to watch her sick kids while supposedly she left to go to work (but she sat down the street in her car and talked to neighbors for almost an hour). Installers declined and were frustrated to be put in that position by the wife. She left anyway and my installers had to put up with screaming kids all day. Both installers said their nerves were shot after returning and they did not want to return to this house. After being asked to do MORE WORK by the Holts on several occasions, we declined due to the experience we had in their home and the attempts to cancel the first time. Yesterday, we finally told them why we did not want to return and *************** left this horrible review on our company as REVENGE. It's interesting that he asks for more work but leaves us this review only after we are honest with him. This was the first time any experience like this has happened, but simply put we did not want to return.
