We recently had a pool installed and the process was smooth and we’re happy with our purchase. Milton was my sales contact and wow! What a guy! I had zero knowledge of pools or what went into purchasing one. Milton was there quickly and efficiently to answer all of my dumb questions. I often would accidentally text him on his day off, but he’d always respond and be so helpful. Top notch sales guy all the way! The installers did a professional and efficient job as well. David was very nice. One of the girls in the store (can’t remember her name), wrote down everything I needed step by step when it came to adding chemicals. She was very kind and helpful as well. Lyncoln in pool service had been quick to text back as well addressing my needs. Thanks to Southern Pools, we’ve been nice and cool for the summer!

Betty made the entire process easy. We purchased a stealth grecian pool. She answered all of our questions prior to making the final decision. They did an excellent job with install that took only 2 days!!! After we completed the deck around our pool we went back to have our water tested and talked to Betty about purchasing a hot tub. Once again, she made the entire process easy. They always make us feel like family there. They are always there for us. We are loving our new pool and hot tub and so is Mimi. This is great company. Very honest and reliable people. We purchased a pool from Betty she was great to work with. Even after the sale and now 3 years later they still help us with anything we need. Not many companies are still there for you after the sale. I always know Betty or Lincoln is there for us. Thanks to these 2 ladies for all the help. Southern Pools and Spas was fantastic. Betty was a joy to work with and the customer service we received was great. They provided us everything we needed to get started. Adding their hot tubs to our vacation rentals gives our properties the touch of rest and relaxation we have been looking for. Brenda worked with us to purchase and stayed wirh us thru install...she was absolutely a joy to work with. She has answered any and all questions I have had and if she didn't know the answer she'd find out. Sometimes it would take her a day or 2, as I know they are busy!! But she'd always get back to me. The sales rep Milton at Southern Pools and Spas was great to work with. He sold us the 12×24 Stealth semi in ground pool. We had a ton of quotes and felt they were really reasonably priced. We were getting fiberglass pool quotes in the 65k-85k range. Which was crazy. They really saved our dream of having a pool! Took 2 days to install. We paid over $10,000.00 for a pool and the instalation of it to Southern Pools and Spa. We reached out to have a new liner insatlled and was fine with the price of it but turns out when the pool was installed it should of been anchored. And when they come to replace the line was told the pool has moved and wanted to charge us over $2,000.00 to relevel the pool due to the wind moving it over a few inches and it not being anchored down. I would have split teh cost of the work if offered but the best they would due was charge full price to due the work or offer a couple hundred dollars off a new pool. To me that is just bad buisness. Never again and to think we were getting ready to buy a hot tub off this place.Southern Pools and Spas Response

You purchased your pool from Southern Pools and Spas in 2018 for $4,105.65, with an installation cost of $1,400. Recently, you bought a replacement liner for $1,842 on April 20, 2024. When our team arrived on June 6, 2024, to install the new liner, they found the pool had shifted significantly due to a lack of water, which is necessary to anchor the pool and prevent movement, especially in windy conditions. You mentioned that after removing the old liner, the wind caused the walls to shift.
The additional $2,000 quote for re-leveling was due to the extensive work required to correct the shifting. This charge is necessary to cover the labor and resources involved. We offered a discount on a new pool as a goodwill gesture, which you declined. We are sorry we could not come to an agreement with you.Review from Scott B

Our whole experience with Southern has been amazing. From Start to finish we have bought several hot tubs from them for ourselves and our rentals.
