On Sept 30th, 2022 they (Wytheville Enterprise newspaper) processed a debit of $2.99 using a voided VISA account (ATM Card). This is three days after I received a $2.99 credit from them concerning a previous unauthorized debit. The Bank teller states they are notorious for doing this and for me to call them. When I try to call, I'm placed on a 45 minute waiting list. Apparently they (my bank) show this business repeatedly processing the charge until "one slips through". I had already called them (************** * ************) as stated on my checking account statement at which time "he" said he'd cancel the account, which obviously didn't happen. I don't have the means to upload copies of documentation, but I can send you hard copies if you need me to do so. The Internet shows the business address to be *** **** **** ******* *********** ** ******
