This company has been a nightmare to deal with. They were condescending and rude when I was requesting to return a tarp to them (brand new condition but the dimensions were not what was advertised and there was a defect where a large seam was through the center). This is untrue. I have bought many tarps in my lifetime. They were unprofessional and rude. They also didn't credit me back the full amount I paid and withheld funds due to a restocking fee they don't advertise. The item was brand new, mind you and I was returning based on their faulty workmanship--but yet I am expected to pay a fee? Also, I had to pay the return shipping. The other tarp I sent them didn't have the seam, but the dimensions were off. I shipped that out weeks ago and the tracking number **** # ******************) shows it was delivered Nov 28, 22. I am STILL waiting on a refund. I haven't heard back from them. I am LIVID with this company. I have filed complaints through amazon A-Z but want to escalate this further. I don't think it's right for Amazon to pick up their slack. They have no business selling their products on this platform if they expect Amazon to take the hit every time they conduct bad business.
