The final **** credit card payment of $2,054.00 was paid to JFCU on 4/20/2023 in April, 2023 regarding acct# ********. My ************ ***** showed that a remaining amount of $25.20 was due and a check in the amount of $25.20 was mailed to JFCU on 7/14/2023 under acct# ******** per the payment notice letter received. JFCU does not issue monthly statements, only the 1 page pass due letters warning about delinquencies being reported to the credit bureaus. I have asked numerous times in the past before paying off the account in April, 2023 for a statement that never comes to explain the different account numbers and true balance due. I had the one **** credit card account that was closed and ended in *******. The account number ******* is a mystery to me that JFCU refuses to comment on or send invoice/statements to explain if this is the new account number for the ******* old account number. On September 5, 2023 once again I received a delinquent notice for $24.92 for account number ****** and no billing statement to explain this outstanding balance due, this account should be paid in full.Initial Complaint

During the month of October, I had over 2,600, illegally taken from my Justice Federal Credit Union Account. I called and they told me to file a complaint with the fraud department. In meantime they closed my account and advise me to open a new account. Some from JFCU authorize to take out $5,000 from my **** ** ******* account from JFCU and authorize over 2,600 from my JFCU account. They assigned me to ******* on October 6, 2022. However, I only receive correspondent from ****** ***** to open a new account and she will be working on to return my money. After several weeks went by, I notified ****** via email and left several messages but no return call or email. The last straw was yesterday, when I spoke with a new representative and she said that the manager will make sure ****** ***** give me a call before the end of yesterday. ****** ***** never called or email and my money is still missing and the Christmas Holidays is arriving and I need my money.Customer response
