  I brought my Audi 2001 A6 2.7t in for a rattle sound. I was thinking it was one of the pulleys as I discussed with with the front desk person. I was told that it would be looked at on a Tuesday I waited to hear from someone but no one called. I called on Thursday to get an update but no one had looked it yet. Then I got some information about it being tore down to be looked at but I saw it in the parking lot looking like it hadn't been touched. When I asked what is going on I was told a lie. A lady told me that they had 4 people push it around in the parking lot on a dolly because everything was a loose and un-drivable. I looked under the hood but it looked like it hadn't been touched. Then I get a call saying that it would be almost $****** for a timing belt kit and the service for a total of close to $**** dollars! Me being very upset and wanting my car fixed and back I made the unwise decision to say fix it and how long would it take. I was told on a Monday that the parts would be in on Wednesday and would be ready by Friday. After thinking about all that was told to me and the lies I decided that I would be there Tuesday morning before opening to get my key go another route. So on Tuesday morning I walked in as soon as the door opened said what did I owe because I was just couldn't go ahead with the work I was told that it would be $*** for the service and $*** for the restocking of the parts but it is Tuesday not Wednesday! I was told then that the parts just came in this morning??? Yeah Right!!! I was there at 7am they opened at 8am I didn't see any parts at all! So I asked the parts was just under $600 right so here on your sign it says 20% for restocked thats $*** if they really did come in where do you get $***? He turned the sign around and said oh I thought it was 30%. After readjusting now its $*** that still doesn't add up " oh I didn't add in the thermostat because it was separate ". At this point I didn't want to argue and paid the incorrect bill.
