I purchased a new 2019 ************* limited 4x4 a few years ago with this dealer. The vehicle has a ************* warranty of 3 years/36,000 miles and 5 years/60,000 miles. ******* this summer, this vehicle has constantly stalled while driving or at traffic lights. This could be life threatening as the vehicle completely stopped, lost power, and cannot be restarted in the middle of road. I have visited many times (>6) at the dealer (now ********* not Umanskly ****) to get it repaired. First they said it might because of grounding, then starter relay, then wiring, .... But it comes back and back again and completely became unpredictable! This makes me scared of driving this vehicle especially I constantly have my 6-month old with me in my car! It also cost a lot of my time to driving back and forth from the dealer not to mention the pressure and anxiety of driving this car.Customer response

I purchase a Jeep 10/29/22, with conditions that any battery/sunroof related issue would be fixed by Umansky. The 2016 Jeep Renegade that I purchased from Umansky was listed as *********. I financed a loan for this vehicle, through ***** Fargo for $28,481.95.The business committed to providing good customer service during the car buying experience. I also belivee that they committed to providing appropriate financing options, which would include completion of financing deal prior the customer leaving the dealership with the vehicle. After buying a jeep I was contacted and informed that the financing dealing with ***** Fargo a contract I had already signed had fallen through, resulting in Umansky (UM) looking for other financing options. A tree fell on my car, while I was driving on 11/13/22, damaging the vehicle. I began a claim with Geico to get the vehicle fixed, 11/14/22. UM found a new fianancer they contacted me and I informed them of the accident and what I was dealing with insurance and informing them that I was not interested in signing new paperwork without information on damage and timetable on fixing. I spoke with UM and was told that if I did not sign the new contracts the car would need to be returned and I would be responsible for the damage that occurred. I shared that the vehicle would be fixed through insurance, encouraging UM to be patient as I was having to. I started receiving repeated calls from various people from Um, voicemails and text messages regarding the signing of this paperwork and how it needed to get done. They came to my home twice and I was informed that Um had contacted *****, about unsigned paperwork and stating that they plan on repossessing the car, which will not allow it to be fixed. I do not mind returning the car fixed, but can not have the car removed without my knowledge or permission before, so that UM can later try suing me for the cost of the damages currently estimated by ***** to be $6,644.88 as of 12/22/22.Business response

We have reached out to Earthalyn ***************** on several occasions including a certified letter with no response. If *************** would have returned our call or responded to our letter or texts messages we would not of had to call anyone else. Our desire is not to repossess her vehicle but as we stated in the letter. We had to have her resign with the bank to secure her loan and without doing so we could not complete her transaction. We were alerted that the vehicle was being repaired by body shop and we are awaiting their completion. I would be happy to answer any of her questions and redo the paper work so she may keep the vehicle if she so desires.

In September 2021 I purchased a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited from Umansky. After the test drive there was some liquid we noticed under the hood... no one could figure out if it was anything to worry about so they provided me with an I OW* YOU, if there were any issues they would be responsible. The first bad taste was arriving home and finding a price tag for a **** less then what I purchased it for after they refused to negotiate. I noticed several issues with the vehicle within days of the purchase. When it got cold i discovered the heat did not work a few weeks after the purchase. (First time using it) after all the other issues and then this I decided to contact the manager. Other issues consisted of the * brake not holding correctly, lock and unlock button working when it wanted, heat not working, after driving the vehicle and trying to start it I experienced a very rough start where the jeep acted as if it was flooding out and made a jerking notion. The manager stated they stood behind their vehicles and would fix the issue. They had the vehicle almost roughly 2 weeks. Before picking up I was notified they werent going to fix anything but the brake, the heat and the gear k*** that continued to pop off when switching gears. The flooding notion that happened sporadically in their eyes wasnt an issue, they werent going to fix the electric issue with the locks either. Since receiving the jeep, Ive asked to return the vehicle and receive a refund. The vehicle on multiple times has acted as if it was flooding / didnt want to start. The high beam head lights wont dim at times. The brake over half way pulled up should hold but failed causing my jeep to run into a parked vehicle. The heat more then once has cut off and cut on after being fixed. Im concerned this vehicle could have a major electric issue or other problems. It was known for it was problematic as the manager has stated before I purchased it and since theyve put a pile of money into
