On 10/29/22 I wen to Jiffy lube and got work done to my *ar and t*at was ******. I *ad two to 3 young men working on my *ar *arl. * and *******. *. Now if t*ey *ouldn't do t*e work t*ey s*ould of told me before touc*ing my *ar. I waited almost four *ours before t*ey were done. After t*ey were done I left. T*e same day, A *ouple *ours later smoke was inside my *ar, and my *ar was making t*is *razy sound. I *alled Jiffy lube and I took my *ar back. Two of t*e same guys looked at it and said it was not*ing wrong wit* it so I left. On 11/9/22 oil was still leaking out my *ar but more so I took my *ar back. T*e young lady was t*ere, and s*e's a supervisor. S*e looked at my *ar wit* anot*er guy and s*e said t*at t*ey put my Valve *over Gasket on and *racked it. *** **** took pictures of it and apologized to me. S*e ordered me new parts. I took pictures of it to. S*e told me to *ome back Friday and s*e will fix it and I said okay. I *ame back Friday 11/11/22 and I sat for almost 5 *ours. T*en s*e messed my *ar up by breaking screws off it. S*e started *rying and t*ey *ad to *alled t*e boss ***** *******. T*ese are some rude people t*at I am dealing wit*. *e said t*ey will pay for my *ar getting fixed, and t*e tow man will *ome and pick my *ar up on Monday 11/14/22 and take it to *asey **evrolet. I got a *all from *ustomer service manager in t*e *ooperate office, because I reported t*e situation. *e *ad an attitude like I did somet*ing to *im. Anyways today 11/16/22 I *alled ***** ********* and I talked to t*em and t*ey told me t*at t*e tow man broug*t my *ar to t*em Monday 14, 22 sat my *ar in t*eir parking lot and left it. Jiffy lube didn't *all t*em and tell t*em anyt*ing about my *ar. T*ey didn't know wat needed to be fixed, t*ey didn't even know w*ic* Jiffy lube sent it to t*em.. Jiffy lube people messed my *ar up not once but twice. Do t*ey even *ave license to do t*is type of work? T*is is unacceptable!!Business response

I personally have spoken with Ms. ******* on several occasions starting on November 14th. Our company has accepted liability and we have paid for the repairs at ***** *********. Additionally, our company has provided Ms. ******* with a rental car on our account at ********** ********** starting on November 14th. Our company apologizes for any inconvenience this issue has caused Ms. *******.

No, it has not. I'm still waiting on my car. They said I would get my car this week, but they have been saying a lot of things and it hasn't happened yet. At this point I don't trust anything that they say. This is why I had to get you all involved..
