Rays Same Day Service is unprofessional and a scam, the worst ever!!! On 12/18/2023, I called him to repair my refrigerator. When he arrived, I explained to him what was going on and he diagnosed the problem as being a faulty on and off switch to the compressor thats causing the problem, and said it would be $225.00 to repair. He goes to his car and grabs a bag which to me looked like used parts. He checked the ohm reading on a few wire leads and put a relay back in, not sure if it was one of his, or my original since he didnt leave any parts. He instructed me to leave the fridge off for 30 minutes and then plug it in. I left the fridge off for more than an hour and when I did plug it up, the problem remained. I immediately called him, and he said he would be back at 10:00am the next day. Needless to say I havent heard from this guy and he's not answering my calls....STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!!Initial Complaint

On 10/21/23 I had a repair from Ray's **** Day Service to my dryer that cost $200.00 because the dryer wasn't heating up. On 10/28/23 the same thing occurred the dryer wasn't heating and called Ray's **** Day Service. I was told he would call later that day to schedule a time. Called on 10/29/23 and was scheduled for 10/30/23. Got a call to reschedule for 10/31/23 and again no show. Called on 11/1/23 to see why no show and was told he was reviewing the schedule and would call back with an appointment time today but no call. HELP me to get my dryer fixed or get my money back!!!!!Customer response
