This is the worst HAVC company in the NRV . I had them make a emergency call on 2/19/23 was told that we needed a blower motor and would be contacted the next day Monday. I called mid day due to the fact no one had contacted me. I was told that our name was on the list and when they got to my name they would call me. They called on 3/3/23 to give me the information. I called another HAVA company on 2/22/23 they came and ordered the parts and got my heat restored. I then cancelled payment. ****** called me on 3/13/23 and said he was going to put a lean on my house, then told my that was going to turn it over to a collection agency. So if you want changef for not having a services give them a call I personally will never use them again and will tell all of my friends about the great service that ***** provides and the threats End of this reviewBusiness response

Mr ******* called us on the 19th on a weekend, requested an after hours call, we made Mr ******* aware of the emergency trip fee that he would owe when we arrived and diagnosed his system. We found the blower motor was faulty and would need to be replaced. Mr ******* wrote a check for the trip/diagnostic and paid our tech. The following week I started the hunt for this motor it was not readily available from any of our normal suppliers, when I finally found it it had taken me several days I called Mr ******* he explained he had someone else already make the repair, I thought that was super fast given the challenge of all the dead ends I dealt with trying to locate this motor, I thought end of story. On the 13th i received notice that Mr ******* had stopped payment on his check for the trip and diagnostic fee that he agreed to pay. I called Mr ******* I explained to him this wasn't for the repair this was for the trip and diagnostic and he owed it, he explained he wasn't going to pay, I explained I would turn him over to collections if this was not paid. The next day his partner called paid the bill in full over the phone, I explained every thing to her she seemed to understand then explained to me it took the other company almost 3 weeks to get the motor and make the repair. Mr ******* received everything he agreed up front to pay. I will not issue any kind of refund or adjustment to Mr ******* as I do not feel he was over charged or charged incorrectly.Customer response
