      Worst car-buying experience ever. Lied about options on the car and then claimed after-market parts were factory original. High pressure, bullying, pushing, disrespectful. Salesmen circling like sharks, waiting for prey. This place is like an old stereotype of a used car lot. I thought this kind of place had disappeared. "If you don't sign right now, we'll immediately sell the car to someone else." You know you've run into the worst of salesman when he says: "You owe it to me because I spent so much time with you." I'm asking nothing of these people. I just want to warn other folks that (1) they must verify everyrhing they're told and (2) they will be treated rudely and disrespectfully and will be pushed to make decisions immediately. There are so many other, better choices for car shopping in N. VA.

      Bought a 2018 Lincoln navigator L reserve from this dealership they sold me a lemon vehicle which I cant trade in anywhere or sell it to anyone time of the purchase they did not provide or show me the Carfax. This place from the manager to the sales person they all fraud.

      This dealership uses dishonest and deceitful practices to sell their cars. DO NOT use them for auto purchases. We purchased a 2022 Ram diseal truck with only 8000 miles. We were told it was a personal use vehicle. Then found out later it was actually commercial use. Driving it home from the dealership after purchase engine light came on. We live 2 hours away and had to arrange to bring it back to Fairfax. It was there for 2 weeks and told initially it was a low boost code, which would be the turbo. Then later were told that no it was not a low boost but an air filter issue that the service rep that told us that didn't know what he was talking about. Again, the engine light came on after driving it to town. Took it to local Dodge dealership who said that the code showed low boost again and that this code had been on before showing duplicate code. Interesting, that means the service rep did know what he was talking about The truck has now been in the service department 3 times after only having it for 2 months. They do not want to communicate and will ignore calls, not answering when they see your number. Which seems to be common practice for them based Google reviews I saw. Management are rude and lie to make sales. The dealership is pretty much telling us there is nothing they can do. Looking at previous reviews, it seems that Ted Britt Ford has a long history of dishonest business practices. Save yourself money and headache and do not go to this dealership. Though they quote pricing themselves in 100% customer satisfaction, that is just lip service but actions do not represent their words.

      Beware. The parts dept told me that service could program a remote for my MKC for $175 so I set up an appointment for that (and State Inspection). I handed the key, to the service advisor and told her that I purchased it online and could they program it for $175. She said yes and confirmed my contact info. Later she called to tell me "the technician tried twice but was unable to program the key. Maybe it's not compatible, but he tried twice". I said, "that's unfortunate, is the car ready?" She said no, but she'd get it in the queue for inspection. When inspection was complete she presented me with the unprogrammed key and a bill for the $175. I said "how can you charge me for that? It doesn't work". She replied "I have to pay my technician". I said "Is this the level of service you want to provide?" No response. Having paid the bill, I reached out via email to the GM and Service Manager and didn't even receive the courtesy of a reply.
