      Had the best experience I’ve had purchasing a firearm up until I had swiped my card. I ordered a shotgun through Nox on Thursday 05/09/24. Was told it’d be there by Tuesday at the latest. Called and asked for the tracking number multiple times each time was told he didn’t have it but he’d call me the following day with it. I never received an incoming call, all communication was because I reached out. My grandfather ordered a lower the same day online and had it sent to Nox. He went to pick it up on Tuesday 05/14/24 and told them I referred him, they told him to inform me the shotgun would be there Thursday 05/16/24. After talking to my grandfather I called to confirm and he was annoyed to be on the phone, telling me he’d already told my grandfather and it should be there between 12-2:30, saying he’d call me once he had it. Thursday came and went didn’t hear anything from Nox. Called Friday 5/17/24 to ask for an update on the status, ******* ******** stated I was supposed to come pick it up yesterday and when I told him he never called to confirm he had it , he goes “oh yeah, um I took it home, I’ll be out tomorrow but I’ll see if I can squeeze you in Sunday or Monday.” To which I replied that simply doesn’t work with my work schedule I’d like to pick it up Saturday. He told me he’d call me at 9:00am Saturday. This has been the most unprofessional experience of my life once the item was paid for. Waited until 9:45 to call him again, was informed he wouldn’t be able to make it in today because his ex wife dropped off his son. I asked when he’d be at the store he told me not until Tuesday 05/21/24 and that the shotgun was in his storage container. Went to pick up the shotgun on 05/21/24 little did I know it’d be just the shotgun I’d ordered 250 shells and a cleaning kit to go with it. When I asked about them he told me they’d be there Thursday 05/23/24. Today 05/28/24 he called and blamed *** ** for not shipping it. Still have not been refunded or received product 6/8
