We hired EML Exteriors to install gutters on Nov 4, 2021. The gutters have a gap between the house and the gutters, causing the water to run in the gap instead of into the gutters. You can see daylight between the gap and our dirt and grass seed has washed away twice. I contacted **** on July 11, 2022 about this issue. He has told us 4 different times that he would come to look at it and has no showed every time. I sent him pictures of the gutters and the ruts that have formed since the water runs right behind the gutters. The gutters are serving no purpose right now and when it rains, its almost the same as when we didint have gutters. My husband even texted him and never got a response. Quick to take someone's money but wont fix their work. At this point I'd rather hire a different company to fix this issue since they cant show up or even return texts.Business response
