I have purchased multiple mattresses from this company without any issue over the past 5 years. I just attempted to purchase another mattress from them. I ordered it and paid for it at the end of June 2024. I received a ***** tracking number. The mattress never arrived. I attempted to contact the company. Their phone number does not work their email is answered sporadically. They told me they would send me another mattress and gave me a new tracking number. That mattress also never arrived. This used to be a family-owned business in ******** but it now has a ******** international number. I'm not sure what happened to the original but this business is now a fraud. They do not sell mattresses. They do take your money until you will receive a mattress but no mattress ever arrives.Business response

we got in touch with the customer, and when the mattress was confiscated for the first time, it was delayed on the road, at that time , we re-sent him a new mattress and gave the customer the logistics tracking number. After the final investigation, ***** picked up the wrong mattress during the delivery, resulting in the mismatch between the delivered mattress.we will negotiate with the customer and re-ship the new mattress.Initial Complaint

Purchased a mattress from Sunrising Bedding from ****** website. In the advertisement, it states in several locations that if you are not happy with the mattress you can return it for a full refund and there is no hassle to do so. (I have pictures of the ad page) After a few weeks of using the mattress, it clearly was not for me, I was waking up in severe pain every day. I had to return it. When I contacted the company to do so I got a response that I could not return the mattress that is is to heavy to send back. I am being told that I have to find somewhere to donate the mattress, take a picture of the mattress being picked up or dropped off, take a picture of the receipt, send it to them and then they will give me my money back. So I started researching places in my area that will pick up because I don't have a truck to take it some where,,,, Every place I called is NOT taking mattresses at all. So I contacted Sunrising again and they said we will find someone for you to pick it up and get back to you Okay great, well they got back to me and said they found a place but they won't be able to pick it up... I have to find a way to get it there. Not only that they gave me an address of a drop location for that company that doesn't take mattresses, only clothes etc. Not only, do they not take returns as they said but they are not making it very easy for me to get my money back. It seems the main location that does take mattresses is only open certain hours during the week and I work those hours...so I have to rent a truck and take off work to get my money back?? This doesn't seem right. Other mattress companies will have someone pick it up for you and it is truly no hassle to return...this is not. I would have never purchased this from Sunrising Bedding if I knew, if it did not work out, I would not be able to return it.Business response
