I book a birthday party at sky zone (***********) for my daughter 3rd birthday. I book the mega package that includes 2 host a extra hour of jump a tee shirt for the birthday girl and water bottles for all the guest. I was told pizza and drinks and paper products was included and the host was going to set up . I was told I could get into the room at 3:00 but my party was scheduled to started 3:30 . I get there at 3:00 and was told I could not get into the room tell 5:00 . I got a call on Thursday to confirm everything and was told again I can set up at 3:00 . I paid someone to set up balloons . So I lost that money because I didnt get in the room tell 5:15 . I cleaned and wipe the tables down myself after I was told I was going to have 2 host . I had to go pick up my pizzas. I ask the manager where was my host and he said they didnt have to do it if they didnt want to . The manager was rude , disrespectful, very unprofessional. I have never experience this at any party place I have been to . I ask for a manger and I was told he was the manager he was 21 so that makes him grown because he pay a car not . Thats was very unprofessional. I paid for birthday shirt and water bottles for the kids . I ask the manager where was the stuff that I paid for and his answer was I didnt know you wanted them . To top it off he was yell and saying very bad words to me . I also had to set up the table and send someone out to get paper products. I had to serve the pizza to the kids after I was told when I book the party that the hostess was going to do that . Everything I was told was going to be done when I paid my deposit was not done. Some of my parents that was at the birthday party couldnt believe what was going on . They should not allowed kids to run a business that not professional and not mature enough. I had family and friends that came from out of town and I was so embarrassed the way the party went . I got the water bottles when I was leaving after I ask for them and all the kids was goneCustomer response
