The Cove campground has a policy to automatically charge for 2 nights, saying that if you leave within 24 hours of arriving you will be refunded for the extra day. Our group of 6 stayed over Memorial Day weekend - arriving around 9AM in the morning and leaving by 8AM the following day. As we were leaving I informed a worker that we were leaving early and asked if we needed to do anything to get checked out/get our refund. He said we were all set and waved us off. It has now been over 2 weeks and no refund has been given. We've called The Cove numerous times and been given the run around - saying we need to speak to a manager to get refunded by the manager never calls back. One group in our party successfully spoke to a manager to get a refund, but nearly 5 business days later nothing has been refunded.
