I disenrolled my Son from the school in December after the semester was over. The school continued to charge me for services the Month of January and February. After numerous calls and emails I was finally reimbursed on February 17th. Later that day they Auto charged me for March after all of this hassle. Now today no one will answer the phones or emails.

I’ve got emails from this company saying that I took out a loan and I owe them a payment and I never signed up for this. When I called the helpline to get this figured out they wanted the last four digits of my Social Security number and some of my personal information and I don’t feel comfortable sharing that with a company that I never even signed up with or spoke to anyone there’s no way to just talk to a customer service representative I’m filing this complaint because they’re saying I owe money and that I have taken out a loan and I have not.. I am also filing a police report. I don’t Have much more information because I did not sign up with this company. I have only received emails talking to me about loans and another email talking to me about how much I owe them…

I have been working since February 12, 2022 trying to get my children enrolled with K12. I got the runaround for MONTHS on what paperwork needed to be submitted-the main issue being an address issue due to the "*" on my address being unrecognizable in many systems that businesses may work with. Anyway, I went back and fourth for MONTHS on trying to submit proof of residence until FINALLY an agent was able to help me and read a note in the system that ALL KIDS WOULD BE ACCEPTED if I could give them proof or residence via my drivers licensee, which I could. The agent then waited on the documents and called me BACK the same day letting me know she received the picture of my drivers license and that ALL OF MY KIDS HAD BEEN APPROVED. This was before 06/08/2022 but on or after 05/16/2022. I never heard anything until 06/06/2022, when they sent enrollment acceptance emails to me regarding my other two children, however NOTHING regarding my daughter, *****. I waited a couple of weeks thinking that maybe there was just an email failure on their behalf thinking surely they would email me if things went wrong with her enrollment, which they FAILED TO DO. On 07/08/2022, I reached back out to K12 to see why I had gotten no communications regarding ***** and I was told she had been denied and that they’d emailed me a letter of why she was denied on 06/15/2022. This is a complete lie, as I keep all of my emails and have NO EMAILS FROM K12 or STRIDE on that date. This led me to speaking with Ms. Marina H*****, who apparently is a supervisor. She started she’d reached out to administration to see why ***** was denied and I heard nothing. I then attempted to make contact AGAIN through text message with them on 07/12/2022, where the agent told me the email had been sent out on 06/16/2022, which is a day LATER than they had originally told me. I have YET to get a resolution. I will now have to go into debt to get my kids into school, as we now have about two weeks until they go back.

I enrolled my daughter in the 8th grade K-12 school, The Keystone School. I paid roughly 1,450 for the school year. The initial 350 down and 155 per month for ten months was drafted from my ***** ***** debit card. My daughter had several issues during the school you including COVID-19, computer repair etc that she fell so far behind, she could not catch up. She had maintained B's on the coursework she had completed but the Keystone School refused to issue me a final report card to register her for school in our hometown. They explained since she had not competed the coursework, they would issue me a refund for the full amount I paid. They initially wanted to return the funds to the card I paid with. Because I had a new card tied to the same account, I had to give a new number so they offered to mail me a check. Said it would take 30 days. They called back a week later saying they would not mail a check, instead they would like to direct deposit the funds. They emailed me a ACH form, I filled it out and faxed it back. I have been waiting four months to receive the refund. I feel like they are initially not refund the refund they offered after I have jumped through hopes to get my money back! I have been communicating with ******** at ********************. This situation is TOTAL UNACCEPTABLE! I am disappointed with the lack of service, communication, and care, but most importantly I need my money back!
