If I could I give negative stars. Other things have happened to me negatively dealing with this animal hospital but they were the only one in town. I accidentally backed over my best friends dog and we could tell her leg was broken. We took her up there They took her to the back and came out with an estimate of $560 that did not include surgery. As I recommended we gave a limit of $300 for that day because they keep your dog if you dont pay your **** that day. They told her to come pick up the dog and it was $313. A raptored leg and told her she needed to come up every three days to get it re-wrapped of course costing more money. On the **** is a charge for $230 for anesthesia which was definitely not needed considering they did not cut or open and they claim that it was because she was trying to bite them. But I know for sure that she had a muzzle on that they provided because I put it on her. I have muzzled my dog a Rottweiler with their muscles and they cannot get out of those muzzles. My friend then called one of her friend that does horseback riding lessons for her daughter. She informed my friend to ask for the x-rays. We did the x-rays and the dogs leg is completely broken in half and nowhere near each other. Never did they recommend surgery never did it any point they say it was bad or recommended any other options. They said it would just heal on its own over time. My friend is now taking the dog for an a half hours away to be treated by the horse trainers boss hes a veterinarian. At no time during the day did they call and ask to speak to her about the severely broken bone from the x-ray . At no point did they ask to put her under anesthesia which is dangerous and only supposed to be used during surgery. They basically sent the dog home with pain meds and a splint when she needed surgery and a pin put in her bones. If my friend asked for the x-rays we wouldve never known how truly bad this was an wouldve caused permanent severe damage possibly amputat
