Excellent service and very professional. I am extremely pleased with the quick response and workmanship of Senty Exteriors in replacement of some of our home siding. They were fast, friendly and very caring in all aspects of the job. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.Review from Dennis S

When looking for a reputable company to replace our roof, windows & doors, Sentry Exteriors was recommended to us. After meeting the salesperson, getting a refined quote based on other comparable bids, we signed a contract and paid 50% down. We were told that the roof should be done in 1-2 months and the windows might be 3-4 months due to shortage of material and laborers. 3.5 months later our roof gets done and they do a good job. No word on the windows. I make several attempts to get an update and nothing. 5 months after the contract is signed, I finally get word that the window manufacture is estimating another 3-4 months to produce our windows and they have dropped the line of doors we had on order (no offer to find a different manufacturer). I called the supplier and they informed me they didn't have an order for windows that matched Sentry's contract. I researched the brand of window Sentry was planning to install and found out that their normal timeframe to produce windows is about 3-4 weeks. Something doesn't seem to be adding up and I feel that I'm getting the run-a-round. Very disappointing and not professional.

I am happy that we were able to provide you with a lasting and quality roof, and that we discounted your end result there due the inconveniences, but that does not make up for a bad experience overall.
