I have a problem with my hot tub. They have charged me 4 times for fixing a problem that still is there. This has been going on for over two months. They never show up when they are supposed to you but I have to waste my time at home waiting for service. Being on SS I feel like I my taking advantage of. I want my tub to be fixed and I should not be charged again. If they cannot fix it why am I still being charged? I have not been contacted by management on this issue. I would not have filed this if someone had contacted me about this issue. Thank you for your help with this. ***** ********Business response

We are working with Mr. ******** to resolve the problem with his hot tub. Sometimes repairs can be trial and error and require multiple trips to resolve the issue.Customer response

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. I was told the last time they looked at my tub I was told they had to order a part. I have not heard back from them and my tub is still not fixed. I just want my tub fixed, Regards, ***** ********
