On June 5th, I paid for a previous water test as well as a future water test along with expedited delivery.On June 28th, I dropped off the water test at our local drug store where pickup happens. I have not received the expedited delivery in the form of email, letter, or phone call, not are any of my calls being returned.Business response

Our email records show water report 062924-6 Figard was emailed to customer 7/2/24 at ****** which is 3 days after submission including the weekend.
A copy is attached and another copy sent today.

I have reviewed the offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I do not see record of the original email anywhere in my mailbox but am happy to have the report now. I consider this complaint resolved.
