      I attended my scheduled hair color, gloss (tonal color overlay), and trim appointment on Tuesday, March 5, 2024 6:00 PM with the 'master' designer. The gloss product was not put in my hair. Afterwards, my hair feels like sandpaper and looks dull. I had previously stated I never want red in my hair, for personal reasons, and permanent red highlights were put in my hair. My overall hair color is dirty-looking, and makes my complexion look sallow. The desired hair color as stated is my natural brown with lighter highlights, as I have always received over the past 6 years at this salon. It is now dirty-blonde with red highlights. For the first time in 6 years, the receptionist asked for a credit card that she could store for my next appointment which was 6 months ahead. The stylist told me to please be careful driving home, for no apparent reason.On a prior visit, a receptionist had insinuated that I was suddenly paying cash because I didn't trust her with my credit card. I travel 1 hour and 45 minutes to the appointment, and when the stylist called in sick (so I was told), she only left me a voice message when it was too late for me to notice that I had a voice message. This happened a second time. I complained about this to the corporate office website form. The receptionist no longer works there.On 3/12/2024 and 3/14/2024, I left phone messages at the Salon Del Sol ***************** phone:**************, at *******************************************************************************, for HR / ***** Services, *******************, asking for color correction or a refund for getting my hair color and texture fixed myself immediately as I am beginning a new job in 10 days and am concerned about not having a professional appearance. I have not heard back from her. I would also like to request fuel reimbursement for the 160 miles I travelled for the appointment. I would also like my credit card and personal data removed from the Salon Del Sol technological systems.
