On November 14th 2021, my husband and I placed an order for 4 Piano Disks from this company totaling $****** order number #**** We found out that the disks we purchased would not be compatible with our Piano Player. I immediately emailed ******* on 11/15/2021 to see if it was too late to cancel the order. He emailed me back on 11/15/2021 asking what kind of player I had. I told him it was a QRS which was not compatible with the disks we purchased and I asked him for the information on how to return them. He never responded to me. I emailed him again on 11/24/2021 and 01/27/2022 with NO RESPONSE. On November 10th we purchased 4 discs from Amazon that were sold by his company. These discs were obviously not compatible either. He approved my request to return the discs. I sent all 4 discs back in the same envelope. He only credited me for one of the discs. I reached out to him via the "Contact Seller" feature on Amazon again with NO RESPONSE. Total spent with Amazon was $****** plus tax. The email address that he communicated with is ******************************. He does not have a phone number listed for his company. Please help me get my money back and prevent anyone else from doing business with this entity.Customer response
