I hate to give a bad review to anyone. In this case I must make an exception. As you may imagine Im not real happy with the job I got. Before they came back to cut lines into the floor I had many cracks already starting, some of them ran all the way from one side of my floor to the other. I have low places where when it rains water will puddle up an actually run into the middle of the floor on the inside of my building like a swimming pool. I know no concrete pour is going to be perfect and you may have a crack or two form as the years go by but this floor cracked all to c*** before I even got the building up. Im thinking that he didnt get the concrete plant to even add fiber to the mix like I asked for, probably to save a few bucks. I know that when winter gets here all these cracks will seep water and freeze, which will cause bigger problems down the road. When I asked them about all the low spots and the cracks, they blamed it on the type of pour I had to have an basically blew me off. Everything was a rush job and they didnt take the time to prepare the the sub base they just poured over everything that was there, broken concrete, wood, or anything else they didnt take time to to get ready. As you might guess Im not too happy with any of this mess and I know before its over Ill have to break it all out and somehow re- pour the whole floor. Hopefully I wont have to tear my building down to do so. I paid over $25,000.00 to end up with pile of c*** I could go on but its not worth the effort an no, I would not recommend these people to do anything.
