      I wish there were such a thing as leaving "0" star(s) because I definitely would at this time. I live in an apartment complex now owned by this company and over 5 months ago our unit was flooded out because of an upstairs neighbor's pipes bursting. Management was aware of the situation but was completely unprofessional and neglectful to be responsible for taking care of what needed to be done right away. Our apartment was in horrible shape. There was damage to some of our furniture. The carpet was not removed as it should have been. The contractor that was sent 3 unbelievable months later to do what he needed to do did a really bad job and management didn't even bother to ask if we were satisfied with his work. We weren't because about all he did was spray painted the walls and tacked up the ceiling and there was a lot of paint dust afterwards that I had to try and clean up myself. Which I wasn't completely able to do. As if this wasn't bad enough, about 3 wks. later I discover the contractor obviously had bed bugs. Management's attitude about this has been extremely upsetting and frustrating. I have been on the search for another place for me and my mother to go but rent is very expensive at this time but I am determined to find other arrangements for the both of us. This complex is a dump and it's being ran by a manager who does not care about All!! the tenants here. Only certain tenants that she prefers. The Frye Corporate company was notified at least twice since our apartment had become flooded, once myself and another time by a close friend in our defense. It wasn't until after the final time I contacted them and threatened to contact community media when management decides to come and see for herself the damage that had been done and even then she still tried to use the excuse that she didn't know about the leak. I knew she had to because maintenance informed her about it and she didn't even come to see about all that had happened until over 3mths later.

      On December 23, 2021, Emergency Maintenance responded to a call regarding a burst pipe on the second floor of the apartment building, which affected an apartment on the second and first floors. The pipe was immediately repaired, followed by professional carpet water extraction, antimicrobial treatment, and cleaning. Once these repairs were completed, the downstairs' apartment walls and ceiling were primed and painted. Subsequent to these repairs, the tenant renewed the lease for another year.
