I ordered ONE truck leaf spring. The company ordered 2. I told him I didn’t order 2. He got upset because I wouldn’t take 2. Ended up HE ordered the wrong ones. I took it back to get my money back and he told me I had to pay to ship it back. I agreed to that it was 150 some dollars. Then he tried to make me pay for having them shipped to him (he ordered other parts and his shipping was FREE) I told him if he got it shipped to him free why did I have to pay. He said he’d only take them back if I paid 350 some dollars. I told him I wasn’t paying that. He told me if I wanted to return them I had to. I kept them and walked out I told him I wouldn’t do business with him anymore and I got told that was good too. I need my money back for this to buy more. I live in ** and have now made 2 trips for nothing to Virginia. I will return the part for my money back. I should not have to pay any of the shipping now because if I go back a third time I’ve been out that much in gas.Business response

He tried ordering the same exact parts from two other companies, I was less expensive. I have those business names and who he spoke with. I'm not refunding money and I have spoken with a lawyer about this.Customer response

No. I was only billed for one but he was trying to make me pay for shipping the other one back that he ordered that I didn’t ask for plus the wrong one ordered. He got free shipping on both.
