Stopped by to use the fuel reward for BP gas. First pump credit card reader is broken. Switched to 2nd pump and the fuel reward did not registered on the pump. Went inside to speak with the cashiers and they told me the fuel reward must be done inside. After entering my phone number for the BP fuel rewards they told me now it is good to go for pump #1 that I am parked in front of. Went outside and checked the pump but the price did not change. Went back inside and told the cashiers and they insisted and assured me that the fuel rewards has been registered. Went outside and started pumping gas and when I finished the price did not reflected the fuel reward discount! Went back inside and inquired about this discrepancy and one of the cashiers told me " If you don't like it you can go somewhere else to pump your gas. But you already pumped the gas and paid for it " And refused to give me the difference for the BP fuel rewards. The lies, deceit, and most of all the insolence displayed by the cashiers left me angry and filled with hatred! Shocked by this utter deception and insult I was unable to move from the spot for more than a minute! Considering litigation and will file a formal complaint against the 2 female cashiers working during that incident, which occurred on 2/18/24 at 8pm.Business response

We have been awarding points all that day. Show me the statement that you did not get the points. Here is my statement awarding all the points that day from my dealer.
As we do not control who gets the points and who don't we can't refund the money for something wrong if the guest did.
Sorry you had that experience.

I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.] BP dealership refused to provide refund even though the receipt I have attached have clearly shown that the 2 cashiers did not registered the BP fuel rewards when I entered the rewards number. Most of all the insolence and the insults from the cashier was intolerable and that issue was not addressed by the BP dealership at all.

This receipt showed that the points were not given hence the complaint and the insult and insolence of the 2 cashiers at that BP constitute the main reasons for this complaint.
