My minor son attended River City Driving School for both classroom and Behind the Wheel instruction. All went well and was completed in a timely manner. We received a fully signed "Student Copy" of his certificate of completion on 12/10/23. We were told to give DMV roughly 6 months to get his official driver's license mailed to us. In July we started following up since nothing was received. No one from the school would return his Dad's calls. His Dad went by River City Driving School, and while they had our son on their register as completing the classes, they could not find his paperwork. His Dad watched as they faxed OUR copy ("Student Copy") to DMV. Heard nothing from DMV for over two weeks, so I called today and discovered that as of July 15, DMV no longer accepts faxed forms. DMV accepts "DMV Copy" ONLY when it is MAILED to DMV headquarters. So now we have to GO BACK to the driving school, have them locate their DMV copy and snail mail it via certified mail to DMV.Initial Complaint

Merchant fraudulently continued to charge my credit card $2100 over the past years after original service and originally said they would refund, but has not met that arrangement and has stopped communicating. I was able to work through my bank to challenge $900 but am waiting for a refund for the remaining $1200 that I caught only after the bank caught the most recent ones in November. Ive attached text convo with business as they didnt answer the phone and their mail box was full so I had to resort to texting them via the phone number on their website. I also have my letter from ***** explaining that theyve returned the $900 from this vendor due to fraud but havent attached that, happy to provide if you need it
