Very poor communication, did not meet standards to complete the BTW course and were paid in advance. slow to schedule and respond. multiple attempts to contact to schedule the remaining 2 classes and no resolution. very disappointing service I will never use them again. I expect a refund for not getting all services that were paid for but they dont return messages until 1-2 weeks later. theyReview from Ida H

This company takes your money when you register for driving classes then never returns your call. I disputed the charges in my credit card after a week then got a call back. He apologized and blamed it on his sick mother, but agreed to schedule my son for the 6 classes if I listed the dispute. I did as we confirmed a schedule. Then 3 days later he no showed for my sons appt. I left texts, and voicemails with no response after 48+ hours. If you look at ****** reviews (which I should have before using them) you will see the same complaint over again. They take your money then dont respond and when they see a poor review.same story each time. They use the excuse its a family owned business as if that makes it okay to take peoples money without rendering services. Im trying to dispute the charges again on my card as I cant get a response.

Customer signed up and paid for a service thats usually been scheduled because of our availability and theirs. Also, when I reached out to schedule, I did not know that a bank dispute had been started. I didnt find out until later and I just asked you know if were gonna keep the days we have to fix the bank problem. She said everything was good from there. Like she mentioned, it is a family business and my mom who was office manager, who basically ran the show did scheduling and *******************. Calls has been battling pancreatic cancer and it has metastasized and what to say things arent good right now for our family. A lot of those ****** reviews are incorrect spam and they assume that someone else owns the company when they refer to the owner. All those issues have been taken care of and handled. Hi ended up having to cancel my entire Saturday instruction sessions as I was very sick. And the mother of my children is trying her best to step in and not only pick up where my mom was. Also continue talking to new people every day and she is also raising our children both under two years old. it has been an adjustment but Im willing to do whatever I can to fix this and make it right Ive even offered a free ****** or to refund a ****** that I provide or to discount if they decided to go that route I really want to make it right.
