As stated in the attached, the company has decided to no longer provide service to me as a result of my expectations of them upholding their end of our contract. There were multiple is***s consistently reported on multiple occasions with the company in regards to there still being pests in my home. The contract lists a money back guarantee should the pests still be an is***, and holding them to this caused them is***. The first time the problem occurred was that after 2 reservices, there was still an is*** but they would not refund me with the reason being that regardless of the wording it meant a 3rd reservice needed to be completed before the quarterly service. A further is*** arose in November when I **** called again with 2 reservices and requested a 3rd, but they then took is*** because there was a quarterly services that would be occurring soon and apparently they did not normally do reservices the same month as quarterly. They scheduling of the November quarterly service was also earlier and I would have been losing a few weeks due to this. They eventually agreed to the reservice and pushed back the date for the quarterly service, to a date that I was not directly notified of at the time. On the date of that service, no contact was made to show that they were on the way, there was only a notice left that they had come by to do the outside service. I have always received notice the day of to ensure availability, especially since no time is given on their end and I have pets. The final decision, after sending them notice of the is***s, was to only credit for the ***************** which does not address the money back guarantee, and to terminate our contract. They assume that not having an immediate is*** after service excuses them of any responsibility. Their termination of contract due to my expectance of them to honor it is at minimum a discriminatory action. If I had the means to *** at this time, I would.Customer response
