I placed an order for some Stock Certificated for my corporation, i have ordered certificates several times before and received the product on 11/26/2022, the product I received was printed on poor quality paper not high grade glossy feel paper like on past orders plus on prior orders on the back side of the certificate it was printed in color vs a black and white version that was received, I contacted the company via email requesting either a replacement of the property or a refund, I received a response saying that they do not offer refunds on customized products, the issue is that on custom made products I would only be at fault for spelling issues of information errors none of which occurred there was not an issue with the product other than the paper quality and the printing, in a email response the company further states that the color print on the back was no longer done but that information is not given on the website as if it was I would not have reordered this product and maybe would have chosen a different design.Business response

These are branded products that we get from ****************. They have been in business since **** and our main supplier for stock certificates for decades. They have had to change their printing methods and go from older, antiquated offset lithograph printing methods to digital printing. The advantage to digital printing is that the color will be more vibrant but the paper stock has more of a glossy feel. There is not an option for changing out the paper stock as they have gotten rid of their old offset printers. We get the paper from the supplier and then print them as the customer orders it. We printed these just as they were ordered. Our site has pictures of the front and back of the certificates. Since, they are custom printed with your information on them; they are not eligible for return or refund.Customer response
