I bought a car 2015 **** Focus from City To City Auto Sales LLC the sales person ************************* told me that i ouly got appove for this car by the bank and did not have no price tag on any of the Vehicles and did not wanted to tell me any of the prices the SUV's they had on the lot when i got this one and i have been having problems with the car since i got the car on February 24, 2023 i have to get the transmission work done on twice to ********************* at ******************************************************** and they did not want to do anything about it or return it for another car at the same value. I had to put a down payment of $4,822 and the total of the car was $16,505.00. I just want to know what they plan on doing to help fix the problem.Customer response

I am not satisfied with this because they did not give me a choice on what I was approved for and the sales person ************* told me that I was only approved for this vehicle only and did not tell me the amount that I was approved for and did not let me know that they had vehicle at another dealership.
