Hello, My name is ******* *******. I contacted this company to have my driveway patched and sealed, I asked for an estimate. I came home the next day to find the estimate in my door. That was dated 07/05/22. I had a value pack coupon for $175.00. The estimate left in my door was for the $175.00. I started calling their business number. It went to voice mail. I left a message to schedule a day for them to come and they never returned my call, I called again, and again probably 6 times or more with not one single message returned. It is now August 08/19/2022. I have seen other complaints as well that this company will not return calls to schedule appointments to do the work, ** ***** ** *** *** ***** **** *** * ** *** **** ** **** *** ************** ******* ** *** ** ****. I would still like to have my driveway done but they won't answer or place a courtesy call to give a date range to get this work done. I feel like we had a verbal agreement, my returned calls agreeing to the price and estimate where they wrote at the bottom : We are able to patch. Thank You! This was a verbal contract to proceed. No one will return my calls. I think the value pack mailers should remove them from their mailers. Sincerely, ******* *******
