The company was called to do an inspection of our fireplace, they came in and said there was a problem with the gas valve and they had to order a part for it, this was on November 22, 2021 and the amount paid for the check up was 149$ and I was supposed to get a phone call when the part came for the amount I would be charged and he date to come in a fix it. When checking my bank account I saw that they withdrew 425$ without my consent and when trying to call them they said you're file has been closed because we already did our service for you which was a remote control installation (not requested by my and they didn't even install such remote) when trying to get my file reopened and a refund they said we will open you're file back and whatever money with withdrawed will be used for your services and I was okay with that, all until they started not showing up to any appointments they made and providing excuses on several occasion and trying to delay it even further with empty excuses I am filling this complaint now and calling my bank and filing their withdrawal as a fraud.
