My son had his wisdom teeth removed on 12/30/21. At that time, I paid an estimated amount owed after insurance. After the claim was paid by the insurance company, I realized I had over paid my portion by ******* I have called the office and verified I have a credit for ****** on my account and have requested a refund check at least 3 times, but have neither received a response or a check.Business response

Business Response /* (1000, 9, 2022/07/22) */ Called patient and explained that there were no notes as to her calling and email not received. Our company affiliated with a corporation and old email accounts were no longer active. Patient's credit card was refunded today, July 22, 2022.
