Pro gutters installed 'gutter guards' in August of 2022. I have called, sent several emails asking for copies of the contract I signed and a copy of the warranty that they have yet to supply. I have talked to 'someone' at Pro Gutters (only once) and after telling that the 'emailed' information has never come to my email address or my husbands email I was told ( in September) that they would mail it to us. We have not received anything from them. They do not reply to emails and they do not answer the phone. I would go there and get the paper work but I have no idea where they are located and can't find an address for this company. Can you help us get the paperwork we need? I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved. Regards, ******* ******
