I bought a car from this company on May 13, 2023. The price on the card in the window of the car was $6,990. Today, May 27, 2023, when filing the paperwork from the sale I noticed that the base sales price on the car is listed as $7,250. I did not notice this as I signed the paperwork which I understand was my responsibility. But it was also the dealer's responsibility to point out any legitimate reason that the amount was different that the price on the card in the window of the car.

I purchased a 2013 Nissan Rogue from an advertisement in an email sent from the Responsible Rides Program through ******* ***** ****** ***** from their coordinator ******** ******* on 5/2/2022 for over 12,000 and 18,000miles on it. I was assured that this was a good reliable and affordable car and that she had a good relationship with them specially ****** and they was on the list of car places I could go through. Not even 24 hours of having the car I smelled burnt tire and rubber and the brakes was doing a rolling stop and in order for me to come to a complete stop I had to push the brake down into the floor bed. I called Vinton Car Connection and spoke to *** the owner and let him know what was going on and he stated he would pick the car up from my house to see what’s wrong with it. in the meantime I had to get a rental that I had to pay for until I got the car back. he dropped the car off without my knowledge so I called him to see what’s wrong with it since he didn’t give me any paperwork and he said there was a bend in the brake line and he got it fixed so I had no reason to believe anything else was wrong. Four days later the car will not accelerate past 20 miles per hour and when it tried to go over it would sling shot me right into traffic,so I took it to *********** Garage and did a full diagnostic and was told it had a code of P0744 that had a torn in the transmission and it would need a new transmission and could not be replaced or rebuilt due to the recall for transmission issues with Nissan, I was told the warranty the dealership gave me was bogus and would not cover it and would cost me over 5k and that to contact the dealership to see if they can go through Nissan to get me a new transmission. So I had the car towed to the dealership and he gave me a loner car that was filthy inside and out that got me stranded in ** cause it had no oil, antifreeze and the gas gauge was broke, he won’t tell me where my car is or who is fixing it, how long it will be.

This customer had an issue shortly after purchase. We took care of it. Then a few weeks later had a transmission issue, we provide a power train warranty with most vehicles, the customers teels warranty company that she has had issues ever since purchase. The warranty company does not cover existing issues. Because she lied to the warranty company, they are sending out their tech to inspect. I did not have to loan her a vehicle and explained that all I had was one that had not been through the shop and she was fine with that. We sell hundreds of vehicles a year and rarely have an issue, because we don’t have a crystal ball, we provide power train warranties on most vehicles. Had customer not lied and try to make the situation would have already been handled.
