    Advertising Review

On August 5, 2024, Queen's Green Dispensary has been the subject of a BBB advertising challenge that was brought to their attention by the BBB referencing the company’s website advertisement.

Specifically, the company’s claims that their CBD and marijuana derived health supplements "work wonders" on diseases and conditions such as anxiety, stress, PTSD, Tourette's Syndrome and pain. To date the Food & Drug Administration has not approved CBD and marijuana derived health supplements to treat any of these health conditions.

According to the guidelines: "Claims relating to efficacy or results for a product should be based on recent and competent testing or other objective data. Advertisers have a responsibility to have substantiation for all claims made and should be able to provide that substantiation upon request."

The BBB requested removal of their advertised health claims until official FDA testing and evaluation becomes available. BBB also ask the company if they do have reliable scientific data to support their health claims it must be disclosed on their website. To date Queen's Green Dispensary has failed to respond to BBB’s request.
